Mike Sailors
Mike Sailor’s has been with Taylor’s Boats since 2001. In his words, Sailor’s duties at TBI include “turning wrenches and pleasing the customers.” Mike enjoys the atmosphere and since he’s an outdoorsmen, working with outdoor recreational vehicles is right up his alley.
“We try to give the customers what they are paying for,” explains Sailors. “We have probably the most loyal and dedicated staff out of any of the other boat dealerships in Utah.”
When he’s not “turning wrenches,” Sailors can be found drowning a worm on one of Utah’s many reservoirs or hunting some of the Beehive states biggest game. Mike’s married with two great kids.
Rob Peat
Rob Peat has been working with engines since he was a little kid. A racing enthusiast, Pear spent his childhood watching his dad work on the pit crew of world famous Indy car driver, Al Unser. Like his Indy car roots, performance is everything when it comes to building an engine or transmission.
“It’s important to me to send customer’s away feeling happy and satisfied,” said Peat. “This is our career, not a fly by night operation. We take pride in what we do.”
Like many of his co-workers, Peat believes the atmosphere at Taylor’s Boats far exceeds customer’s expectations. Taylor’s Boats is a family.
When he’s not building boat engines, Peat is turning wrenches on his new racecar and hanging out with his wife and three kids.
Rob Martin
Rob Martin joined the TBI service department in April of 2005. Martin’s favorite part of the job is being around the boats. He firmly believes that Taylor’s Boats is heads and shoulders above the competition.
“We’re better at pretty much everything,” he says. “From the line of boats, to the parts department and the service counter, everything is the best.”
Martin has two daughters (13 and 8) and loves to boat, camp and get out in the outdoors. In his spare time, you can find him turning wrenches on his fully restored 1978 Jet Boat. And when it comes his customers, Martin works towards giving them a hassle-free weekend on the water.
